Swedish Massage

A massage that focuses on relaxation and releasing stress and tension from the body. This massage uses light to medium pressure to effectively ease away pain and stress from the muscles. A Swedish massage can also help with circulation, sinus, and mental clarity.

Pre-Natal Massage

With this massage I work carefully to provide a safe & comfortable environment for expecting mothers. The massage is done with both mother & baby’s comfort in mind.

Lypossage Body Contouring

Working by zones 1, 2, & 3 to Sculpt, reduce inches and lymphatic congestion.
Zone 1 works the abdomen, glutes, and thighs.
Zone 2 works the chest, back, ribcage, and arms. 
Zone 3 works the face, neck, & shoulders.
This massage also includes dry brushing.

Shoulder Massage

Deep Tissue Massage

This massage works deeper in the muscle to alleviate any knots, spasms, & overall tension. Deep Tissue is very beneficial for those who have pain and are comfortable with the use of heavier pressure.

Sports massage on leg

Sports Massage

This modality uses more rehabilitative techniques for better sports performance & pain management. Sports massage can be used alongside a sports event schedule for pre & post event massage. This massage can also be used without a sports event, working with stretching & healing the muscle. Pre-event uses techniques to warm up and prepare the body for the next sporting event. Post-event aims to recover the muscle after a sporting event.

Using zone 3 Lypossage techniques along with led light that targets the skin for better elasticity and overall appearance.

How Long is a Massage Service?

They can range from 30 minutes to 2 hours.

What if I am allergic to anything in the massage cream or oil?

Please notify us of any allergies beforehand. You may also bring in your own cream/lotion/oil.

What areas of the body can be massaged?

Scalp, face, neck, shoulders, pecs, arms, legs & feet, glutes, and back. Abdomen can be included by request.

What should I have on for the massage?

Preferably, you can keep underwear on and remove all other clothing and accessories. If you feel uncomfortable you can choose to leave some clothes on, keep in mind you will be under the sheets and no unnecessary areas will be exposed. Jewelry and hair clips may get in the way during the massage. For those with medium to long hair, it’s best to have it loosely tied.
